Over the years we have built many different styles of houses and most are featured on our website. You may have something specific in mind already and we will work with you until you find a design you are happy with.

Our builders are significant operators, building some 900 homes each year. All of our properties are built to a very high specification using the latest quality materials. Special attention is paid to low maintenance and low running costs.

The constructor obtains full planning permission for the build upon an agreed specification. This is normally a formality with our standard designs and takes approximately eight to twelve weeks. It is reassuring to know that your new build property comes with an array of guarantees. The completed property is delivered with a ten year warranty for the building works. Plumbing and electrical enjoy a two year warranty. All tradesmen working on your build are fully qualified and registered with the inspectorate of France.
