How We Work

Our task is to ensure your new build goes as smoothly as possible, built on time with the minimum of fuss. We will keep you informed of progress and will be involved in your project until hand-over.

After understanding your requirements we will arrange for you to meet us at our offices in Fontenay le Comte (Vendee), Cahors (Lot) or Niort (Deux-Sevres) and will organise a programme that gives you time to view building plots available. We escort (drive) you around our territory and explain in detail the procedures associated with new-build. You will be looked after by an experienced advisor throughout your time with us.

We take time to introduce you to our builders and we can offer assistance with choice of design/materials if required.

Our Commitment To You

We work hard to ensure your visit is worthwhile and if requested assist with the choice of location and accommodation during your stay. We are committed to you for the duration of your stay and if you decide to develop with us are available throughout the build to answer any questions you may have.

We have many satisfied clients and we pride ourselves on our honesty and integrity. Our fees are absorbed by the builders and there are no fees payable to us for any of the services we offer.

We will make certain you receive all the relevant information to assist you in the decision making process and pride ourselves on being there when you need us whether that be by phone or email. We appreciate a decision of this nature takes time and you will not be rushed by our team.
